Congratulations to Mr and Mrs March!
Piggy French and her partner Tom March tied the knot at St Mary The Virgin Church in Maidwell earlier today in the presence of friends and family, many of whom thought they were attending a party to celebrate Piggy’s Badminton win
Guests included the great and good of eventing with Ros Canter, Tom McEwen, Gemma Tattersall, Tina Cook, Pippa Funnell, Harry Meade and William Fox-Pitt attending. Richard Jones was one of the ushers and Tommy How was the best man at a wedding that started when Piggy, making her speech during the Badminton celebration, invited their guests to join them as ‘we’re off to get married!’
Two red double decker buses rolled up and the party goers headed off for a wonderful and exuberant wedding, joined of course by Tom and Piggy’s son Max
Needless to say, the post-wedding party was equally exuberant ......
