US Eventing Team Chef d’Equipe Bobby Costello Interview
The US Olympic Eventing Team for Paris 2024 had their final mandatory run in conjunction with Stable View’s Summer Horse Trials (21st – 23rd June). Although incorporated into the Advanced Division, it didn’t really feel like a competition and the mood was definitely one of anticipation and preparation, rather than celebration.
Samantha Clark talked to the team riders (more from them coming soon) about how they are feeling one month before the Olympic Games at Versailles and also chatted with US Eventing Chef d’Equipe Bobby Costello about what happens now and plans for the next few weeks.
Jeanette Brakewell on Primiro at Catton Park Horse Trials 2024
It was a wet old weekend at Catton Park Horse Trials 2024 but that didn’t deter the very experienced Jeanette Brakewell from winning the Novice Section S riding Primiro.
A double clear cross country secured their win on Saturday at Catton Park – unfortunately the event had to be abandoned on Sunday due to further overnight rain but you can read our full wrap up from the first day of competition here
Mandurang South Pony Club Horse in Victoria, Australia takes place on Sunday 23rd June, hosting classes from Grade 2 – Grade 6 for Pony Club and Open competitors, along with Combined Training and Super Cross classes.
