More recently Caroline and her partner Greg have spent time settling into their new property at Newmarket and building up a new team of horses, including the ‘special’ mare Greenacres Special Cavalier who finished fifth at her first CCI5* at Pau in 2022 and has just taken the big win at Badminton in 2024.
Caroline Powell jumped her way to a historic victory at the 2024 MARS Badminton Horse Trials in Gloucestershire.
Ireland’s Lucy Latta made a dream Badminton debut to finish second on RCA Patron Saint and Alex Bragg climbed from an original 60th place after dressage to finish third and best British rider on Quindiva.
